thumbnail images fading in?

I've forgotten whose site I saw it on, but it's.. this effect wherein, the thumbnail images (in the archives) look faded by default, and then they become normal when you hover your mouse pointer over them.

I looked for javascript to do that, but they all seem to require that I put in some code in each individual image.

Anyone know how to get this effect in Pixelpost?

you can do that for sure with CSS... there are attributes like :hover etc.
