View Full Version : Horizontal Calendar Problem

I am having a small problem with my horizontal calendar. When I go to the previous month and then try and go back to the current month the php fetches the empty image slot that is on the day after the current image, resulting in the “Coming Soon! Nothing to show. No image to show here!” message. I have located the code in the calendar.php that does this and have fiddled with it to no avail. To see the problem please go to www.digitalreflection.ca

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Cheers.

edit: seems to be working fine now (as another image loaded).

Once again the calendar is acting up, however I understand what the problem is now (just don’t know how to fix it). If I upload images so that they appear as they are uploaded, everything is fine – but as soon as I upload an image that is to be posted in several hours the problem appears. The calendar sees the not-yet-displayed image in the database and wants to go to it resulting in the “Coming Soon! Nothing to show. No image to show here!” message.

Is there a way to modify the calendar.php (or the index.php) so that it links to the last visible image and not to the uploaded but not-yet-posted image? Once again, this problem only appears once you are in the month before (or after) and try to link back to the current month.

Also, another small problem I noticed: When I click “previous” the calendar jumps automatically to January or sometimes even disappears. Any tips on how to tackle this? Thanks in advance, Cheers.

edit: i am using Pixelpost version 1.5

Can anybody provide any insight into this problem? Has anyone else experienced this with their calendars? Thanks!

I had tested it. but I got no such problem.
do you have an image that its id is 46?

I have an image with id is 46 that will become visible tonight at midnight. I still get the “Coming Soon! Nothing to show. No image to show here!” message when i jump to october and then try and go back to november. I wish it would just fetch the last posted image (45 in this case) rather then the last uploaded one when it does this.

On a side note, I just replaced the calendar version 1.1.4 with the 1.1.5 that you link to in your sig - it solved the January jump.

Once again, thank you for your assistance.

I have problem with calendar. I copied calendar.php to addons folder. In admin panel shows that version is 1.1.5 and status is ON.
If I insert <SITE_CALENDAR> tag into image_template.html, nothing happend.
Php version is 4.3.10-18 and Pixelpost version is 1.5

I use month calendar and it's working, but this calendar does not work...
thanks
