i download it here..

i put the smileys tag already but still dont show ..

and btw,. can we put like html format on the comment? like <b> things like that?

The addon was written for Pixelpost version - 1.3. Since then major changes have took place so I'm not sure if it would work. You could try to e-mail the original author.
