Questions about a couple of addons

I was looking at a couple of addons I was thinking about putting on my blog. However, I can't seem to figure out a couple of things.

One is a page for for the top viewed images and one is a page for the top commented images. Or, if I can pull it off, putting them both on the same page.

I've looked at the addons here and I can't seem to figure out what else I have to do -- do I just add the file to the addons folder and it's all there, or what else do I need to do?

Probably you must use tags which are supported by this addons to your template files ;)

Read documentation for this addons (for sure there should be short description visible in addons page at admin console).

I added them to the addon folder, but it doesn't really tell me a lot.

I guess my main question is, if I was setting up a page just for these addons, does the page have to be set up a certain way, then I just have to ass the tags??
