I need help with enabling jpeg support for GDLib

My problem is that I don't have a server for my site. I host it from my own home. I need help on how to enable jpeg support for GDLib because I can't find any tutorials in this forum and in google.

Edit: Nevermind, I fixed the problem by opening up the tray menu of WAMP5. Selecting PHP settings -> PHP extensions, then checking php_gd2.
