date locale

I searched the forum and read some threads about "date locale", but i couldn't find what i looked for. Even though it was questioned in late december 2004... Back then Connie said:

the next version will have the possibility to support "locale" date formats, Punk promised it!

So now i'm wondering what the current version was then, and if the current version now have got a posibillity to alter the locale date format...

And in case not, how and where could i "hack" the code to make it show in Norwegian format instead?

right now we are working on this.
you can add an offest the results of date() function but for doing so you should get results from date() function seperately for "Hour" and then add the proper value to it. then contat the date string.
