Thumbnails not showing on 'Browse' page

I have done quite a bit of searching on this one, but still can't figure it out.

If you go to the following link:

http://www.thomaspickard.com/pixelpost/index.php?x=browse

You will see the line: A New Web Site - where the pic should be. Can someone please advise me how I get the thumbnail to show on this page?

I checked with Firefox

clear the cache
try with different browsers etc.
