Headers already sent Error

Hi
My host just upgraded the server that my account is on, and as of this morning, I cannot login to the Admin page to work on my photoblog. I have not changed a thing, but now when I try to log in get the errors:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/pezlet/public_html/admin/pixelpost.php:44) in /home/pezlet/public_html/admin/index.php on line 49

and again for line 50.

did you try to empty the cache of your browser?
Sometimes the situation is fixed very fast, but because of the cache no fresh delivery of the page

Thanks so much....deleting the cache and the cookies on my system completely solved the problem.
