Picture effect

Hello every photoblogger :)

I want to do some new things to my site, and now I'm looking after this effect "http://www.enjoi.dk/blog/" the way you change pictures, damn I'm all crazy about it :) love the arrow thing..

Anyone know where to get that?

(Sorry if it bad written, but I'm damn tired after a hard weekend..)
