Bitmap Images won't show up :(

Hi, I uploaded 3 images to my photoblog (http://www.catita.net.ms/) but the bitmap image won't show up! why? I have many bitmap images, does that mean I have to convert them first in order to post them?

did you upload the images with the upload-function?
or did you use an FTP-programm? If so, you must use the copyfolder-addon, which you find in the admin-panel/addons

which image-format did you use?
what do you mean with bitmap images ? cat.bmp? the extension ?

if so, no browser would ever show this, browsers support jpg, gif, png
