Installation problem

Hi
I´m trying to install pixelpost and after upload the package soft. when I try to go to the install.php appears the next message:

I don´t know what it means and I don´tknow what can I do.
Can somebody help me?

Try contact your ISP because you need to flush the host file. Normally if you don't have shell access this has to be done by your host. Mail them the error description and they will sort it out.
