Upload error after a few month!!!

I have been using my pixelpost v1.5 for more than 6 months with no problem and I got this error today when I tried to upload a new picture:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(../images/20070313001946_4.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home2/narimani/public_html/pix/admin/new_image.php on line 185

Can anybody give me a hint on how I might be able to fix this?

check if the permission of images folder is set to 777, perhaps your host did some server work and changed that.
Check as well the thumbnail folder for 777

also have a look if the is webspace over quota (dunno your package)
