I'm just wondering how some of you save your images for display online with photoshop. Do you use save for web, or just save and then set the quality, something else?

What size files do you shoot for, etc.

Here is what I do, but everyone has their own method.

Open the "final" image in photoshop, resize to 600x400.
Go to Filters > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask.
Use something around Amount: 200, Radius: 0.2

Send the photo to Image Ready
Save as Optimized in Image Ready with a JPG quality level of 70.

Tweak as necessary.

I am shooting raw+jpg right now, because I do the quick preview with the jpgs and my RAWs are not known by the XP image viewer. But I am looking for a better workflow here.
I process the raw files with RawShooter Essentials and export them as maximum quality jpgs into Photoshop.
In Photoshop I eventually adjust the last things (sharpening, graduation control) and resize it to something around 650 pixel long side. I use 96dpi because I found out that 96dpi looks better on TFTs than 72dpi.
At last I use "save as..." in Photoshop (not "save for web", the EXIF data will be lost there) and set the image quality to something between 8 and 10 so the final web-photo has around 150kB.
