Help:2nd Image upload Error

Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 2an error occurred writing into database

It's under admin when I try to upload the 2nd image. And it shows this error. Thanks.
