remove comment link in email

I think I understand. They're saying that when PixelPost sends the automated email notifying them of a new comment, there should be a direct link in the message to delete the comment. This is similar to Wordpress. You still have to login to the admin panel if you don't have the cookie set, but it saves the steps of having to go to the comments page, selecting the spam comment, then deleting it.

Akismet comes with 1.6, but you do have to register with WordPress to get your API key, and enter that key in the appropriate blank under the Akismet addon on the Addons page so that it will work.
