Additional Language Selection

Hi, I have a question about selection of language on photoblog by users.
From version 1.6 there is possibility to use 2 languages for photoblog, but how can the visitor change the language? I try to use this feature, but I can't find anywhere on my homepage some "language selection box", or something like this.

So my question is, how can the visitor change language? Or, what i must to do for it?
