are you logged in to the admin panel?
It will not work unless you are logged in
I am logged in in one browser window and trying the link in another window.
Parse error: parse error in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\12day.dk\httpdocs\Ny\pixelpost\i ncludes\functions_comments.php on line 75
Did in the same window now :)

As long as you are using the same browser it should work.
Try,
http://www.12day.dk/Ny/pixelpost/index.php?errors
or
http://www.12day.dk/Ny/pixelpost/index.php?errorsall
removed the smiley command I put in and checked for errors again:
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\12day.dk\httpdocs\Ny\pixelpost\a ddons\paged_archive.php on line 588

Ok, did you modify this file?
Do any of your image names contain special characters like &, $, %, etc
But looks like my blog works again though...
Thank you so much for helping me this fast!

dont worry about the warnings. They are of no harm.
The parse error is the problem.
The line 75 was
<smiley>
because I added the smiley addon and then it said to add that tag where I wanted the smileys to be....
Ok thank you very much, then it should work now:):):)
Sim is happy ;)

Wow and you make addons aswell, thats great!
Would you by any chance know if theres an addon that shows the counter on the blog? Under info perhabs like an extra info: image view x times.
All the addons I got are only in the admin section.

Yes, there is an addon called Image Statisitcs (http://pixelpost.org/v1/index.php?x=downloads&details=196)
This is an admin addon but also has public counters

I already have that on, but only in the admin panel.... How do I put it on the page? Do I put some code into one of the docs?

Correct.
Use either of these tags in your image_template.html file:
<IMAGE_COUNTER>
(total image views)
or
<IMAGE_TODAY>
(todays total views only)

<IMAGE_COUNTER>
(total image views)
or
<IMAGE_TODAY>
(todays total views only)
This is only halfway correct ;-)
<IMAGE_COUNTER> displays the number of visitors of this particular image in actual month
<IMAGE_TODAY> displays the number of visitors of this particular image today
To have the total image count you have to use some other addon

I used to host pixelpost on the different server (Mediatemple). Now I am on Netfirms. I carefully transferred everything to the new server(netfirms)
including the database.
Since then, my pixelpost page act funny every now and then. Sometimes it works just fine.
The problem is..sometimes the page is blank, sometimes it tells me to download index.php and sometimes I get the blue screen saying cant connect to pixelpost db cause #2.
Now it happens everyday. i have to keep refreshing the page for something to show up.
After reading this post I did the error url thingy : http://www.mayureshpatil.com/pixelpost/index.php?x=browse&errors
and it gave me this.
What could be the problem? Would really appreciate some help. Thanks!

When i try to navigate to your browse or about page, firefox wants me to download them.
This is certainly weird.
Are you currently using an .htaccess file?
If so, please post your code for us to look at.
If not, then I would contact your web host as this is certainly not Pixelpost's behavior.

In the root directory of your photoblog you might have a file named .htaccess

I looked for .htaccess file and there isn't one. Do you think I am missing that file?
austriaka

you have to look for it with your FTP program and set it to "show hidden files".
No, you don't have to have one, but perhaps you have one and this causes the troubles.
I am astonished about your Session save path: /mnt/w9999/.phpsessions
The session save path should be a folder, in my installation it is /tmp
Perhaps ask your hoster if this is correct

If I were you, I'd get on the phone with your hosting comany and have them see what they can find.
If you do not have a .htaccess file then I am certain that this is an issue on their end.
Good luck and let us know what they find!

But do you think this could be the problem if this happens every once in a while?Is this happening because I did not install pixelpost on the server? I just migrated..copied database and the files accordingly.
Thanks for helping out.
austriaka

If you did the migration correct, it should work. You can proof the correct paths in the General Info Panel.
I cannot verify your problem because everything seems to work now (FF2.0, IE7, IE6)
