THE log-in Page is missing ,Help!

the log-in page(http://www.hanhut.cn/photo/admin/index.php) was missing suddenly ,the page was blank, but the original page was also exsit in the host , so i downloaded it to PC,then upload it again ,but the page display "Parse error: parse error in /z1/hanhut/public_html/photo/admin/index.php on line 283".

HOW to resolve it ? rebuilding or other ways?

I'd re-upload the pixelpost files.

If you don't have the files, re-download pixelpost and upload it again.
Make sure you upload the same version that you had before.
