Need addon: Publish latest photo externally (on another website/server)

I know this has been asked a few times before, but I couldn't find any useful solutions.

Is it easy to script a single URL that can be used to display the latest pixelpost photo on another site?

E.g. <img src="http://pixelpost.org/photoblog/addons/latest.php" />

I really want to post a copy on a few other sites to bring in more visitors.
