entry list archive

hi there.
I was wondering if there was such a thing as a entry list type of archive.
something exactly/similar to: http://harlemphotoblog.com/harlem/archives.php

this displays a list of all post/entries in the blog and the date next to it.
it also places the entries under its respective months displaying how many entries where posted on such month.

I have looked around a bit and cant seem to find something like this.
I know the link above is a movabletype blog but was hoping we have something like that here.

there is a simple addon of mine called headlines.

It's not totally up to par with that link but it could easily be on its way there if you know how to code some php.

Maybe I'll turn the headlines addon into something more like this when i have the time.

unfortunately i dont know much php.
thanks for your replay but i guess i will have to wait till you get something up in shape. am sure that whatever is needed i cant code it my self.
