page_by_page addon won't update

I have a problem with the page-by-page addon

I have got pixelpost version 1.6
The page-by-page addon is v1.0

On the Addon page it shows

Enter the maximum number of thumbnails in each page of the archive page: 1000

When i try to change it to 50 and click update, i get a page not found error

Anyone knows what is wrong?

Probably you use not correct tag for showing thumbs (put this one for paged browsing).

EDIT: Check if after going back to addons page there is new value of thumbs which you put into this form. Probably it can be not stored in DB as link after save looks strange.

i did not understood what you ment

on the addon "archive_page.php" on rule 97 it shows

<form method='post' action='../index.php?x=maxpthumb'>

but this page can't be found

i solved the problem by changing the value of maxpthumb in phpmyadmin

If form is sent to nowhere then it means your box (server) works strange. It should send for back to the same script as it was showed by.
