fotonotes

Hi there!
a quick question. :)
I was wondering - and yes i looked around, if there is something similar to
fotonotes around? (same thing flickr uses to add notes on the actual images)
i understand this is the first person who implemented the idea: http://www.fotonotes.net/ and i was hoping you guys have something similar here or perhaps someone is already doing so?
please let me know...

Sorry I can't be more insightful, but as far as I know, nobody has made an addon that does this.

That is pretty neat. A site a visit allot, http://www.instructables.com/ uses these.
When I have some free time, I'll see if this can be ported to a pixelpost addon.

Getting this to work with pixelpost is fairly easy. I have accomplished this in my dev environment. Just a few path changes and you're all set for the most part.
The only problem is hiding the edit functions when you're not logged in as an admin.

It shouldn't be extremely difficult to do but it would take up more time to go through the code and figure out than i have right now.

i dont understand, i you currently working on getting something similar to fotonotes for pixelpost? is that what you are saying?

this feature is actually very cool, am sure lots of people would turn to pixelpost just for this small feature!
any update on this is really appreciated.

technically, photonotes will work with pixelpost and without any assistance from addons.
