I accidentally pressed the "Report Spam" button while having 10 valid comments selected ... some of my visitors get now this error message when they try to make a comment.

"The comment could not be accepted because it got flagged as SPAM by our anti-SPAM measures. (ERR: 06).
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I deleted the content of "pixelpost_ban" and "pixelpost_banlist" but they still get the same error message. I also checked the comment table for the 10 missing comments but they are gone for good.

I run Pixelpost 1.6.0.

Please help me out,
Thanks,

Is there no one on this forum who can tell me what "report spam" does and how to undo it? Please help me out!

I'm not 100% sure, but try going into the Spam Control section of the Options area of your PP admin page, and check the 3 different areas for the valid commenter(s). If they appear in one of those lists, highlight it, and remove it from the list. Problem should go away.

Hope that helps!

The lists (Moderation List, Black List, Referrer Banned List) are empty.
I am using the Akismet plugin now.

If you marked some legitimate comments as Akismet Spam, all you need to do next time is use the report as Ham button.

The marking of the legitimate comments as "report spam" was before I started to use Akismet and now they can't make comments so I cannot mark them as HAM.

With report as spam the messages are blacklisted. If my memory is correct this is done by IP address and message content.

There must be something in your Moderation List, Black List and/or Referrer Banned List. Try scrolling down.
