fade in comment panel

hi, i find www.mike7.net with comment not in a pop up window but in fade-in/ out mode. which seems interesting, and i cant figure out how to do so. anyone got idea on which addon used? or anyone reference i can read?

I used mootools (http://www.mootools.net/) for that effect. It's quite simple to implement as well. Still a bit busy with school stuff right now but I'd still like to help.
