Hey all,

Did not find any addon like this one, so I built it up.

Admin Links2Image addon 1.0
Pixelpost 1.6

This addon for PixelPost (min 1.5) allows you to get easily either a direct link to the image, or a linked image, to post them easily on fora.

Just put this file in the "addons" directory.

You're done ! Activate the addon on the Addons page, and go back to your Images page : the links appear.

Now, click on one link, right-click and copy, and then paste the link on your preferred forum !
Enjoy !

File is here : http://www.lucdelaborde.fr/addons/admin_links2image.rar

Edit : modified to link to an archive, instead of the file. Now it's working...

You must store php files with phps (php source) extension or otherwise server will parse it and treat as script.
Is there any page where we can see it in action?

Edited : I was wrong, I replaced with a link to an archive.
No page to see it in action, unless you install it, because it's in the admin section, but here is a screenshot of my own admin images page.

Next version will be more friendly with the new web standarts (rel="", title="", alt="", etc.)...

Nice "hack" but this can easily become an addon that requires no editing of files.

There is a workspace called image_list that allows you to place information like this where you want it instead of editing images_edit.php

I suggest you take a look at the documentation that is provided with Pixelpost. There you will find a decent guide to creating addons.

Got it, thanks. I update the file on my server, and the first message of this forum...

The addons page for this addon needs to be updated to reflect that the images_edit.php file no longer needs to be edited.
Nice addon.

cheers
