Must re-upload to show images

Hi

I've just installed pixelpost and I'm getting the strangest behaviour. When I upload an image, it creates an entry with a blank box for the image. The file is not actually uploaded to the images directory. If I click edit in the entry and then re-upload the image, it works fine.

Help please I'm very confused.

Is there anyone else who has this problem? I really need some help.

do you get any error messages when you upload?

And, can you post a link so we can see it in action?

No error messages at all. I don't get any message acknowledging that it went up either. I can't post a link since it's on a local server, not a public one.

I should add that it doesn't show up, on the page itself it only shows the title but no pic.
