Addon Problems

I downloaded and installed pixel post 1.6 today. Then I grabbed the 35mm addon for calcing the effective focal length for digital cameras and the buypaypal addon too. Unfortunately neither one shows up in the addons under the admin interface. I don't understand what the deal is. The 35mm addon works but the Buy Paypal does not.

Is this a common problem? After browsing the forums I notice issues with addons and different versions of pixelpost. So I don't really know what to think.

First, make sure you read the documentation with the addon, if there is any, to make sure that you installed it properly.

Second, keep in mind that most addons are created by users, just like yourself, so some work better than others.

Third, if you can't seem to to get an addon to work, do a search on the forum with the addon name and see if someone else has had the same problem and solved it.

Forth, if all of these fail, why not try to contact the person who created the addon? They would know more about it than anyone else.

Make sure you grab the latest version from the addons. (e.g. not the version on the first page).
