When I post images to my site there is a difference in brightness between photoshop and the image in pixelpost.
This seems to happen mostly with BW images... typically I'll have to increase the brightness by about 10-15 to make it look the same when its uploaded to site.
I've searched the forum, knowbody else seems to have reported a similar problem, any ideas??
Many thanks!

Doesn't sound like a PP issue, it sounds like either a color space issue, or a monitor calibration issue. The color space can be defined in Photoshop from the Edit menu. Most people use either sRGB, or AdobeRGB, I think. I would pursue this as a monitor calibration problem, myself. Google "monitor calibration software" and you should be able to find some free s/w to do it. May not be the best, but it's free and it will at least get your monitor in the neighborhood of being calibrated.

Yes, You are probably saving the JPGs with some color profile other than sRGB.
Everything for the web should be converted to sRGB and saved in that color space.
