Spam not allowing comments?

When you go to comment on my photos the spam spits this comment out

The comment could not be accepted because it got flagged as SPAM by our anti-SPAM measures (ERR: 01).

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

is it just my template or did i screw something else up i havnt touched anything since i upgraded to 1.60

update . ok installed a 1.6 again from new files i just downloaded from here and it still doing .. im thinking its my template??? which is "delicious" soo maybe this should be moved over to that thread??

ill keep looking see what i can find ...

EDIT: ok im thinking its geo-spam template thingy i installed cause it works with my old template that i made from his spam template....

can anyone tell me if i still need this with V 1.60?? if not how do i get rid of it ?? i woudl really like to use the template delicious or horizons??
