HELP!!!!!! ERRORS ALL OVER

Yeah, I woulda looked this up on the search thing but I cant find it.

So, I install pixelpost, everyfing a-ok, images and thumbs writable, put a test image in, and i get

check secruity permissions on your site with your host admin.
