Links in default templates need updating

In preparation of 1.7, I'm doing a fresh French translation of the default templates.

I found out several problems in the links in the 'about' pages of both default templates :

Photoblogs.org is listed twice in the horizon template
photoblogring.org is dead
Photoblogsmagazine.org is stuck in May 2006 (issue "coming soon")
i-gizmo is offline


It would be appropriate to clean these links with the 1.7 pack.

Ideally people would be replacing those links with their own anyway. Though, it would be a good idea to replace those with more up to date sites.
