Primary and second language and the tag list

Is it possible to switch not only the primary and second language but also all the tags from primary to second tag list?

Now more coherent:
I use german as primary language and english as a second language. Now I want to switch this. It wasn't a problem for the admin pages, but all my tags for the new primary language which is english are anymore in german.

Is it possible to change this that all second language tags will be the primary and all primary the second?

Do you got another idea to get my english tags to the front?

Primary language always uses the primary language for tags. So if your Primary language is German, your tags are German.

It is not possible to have a German primary language with English tags. But perhaps some one will write an addon for it. ;)

It seems that I got to learn some php, html and javascript to achieve all what I want ;)
