12Cropimage addon won't work in 1.7

We cannot confirm your claim with the 12CropImage addon which is part of the default Pixelpost Installation.

Please post the exact addon name you use for cropping and the web browser you were using. Thanks.

12CropImage and firefox 2.0.0.9, all default :S

Long time ago there was advice to change it to the flash edition which works smooth:

Please jump into Options | Thumbnails in your Admin Panel and look if 12CropImage is selected as favourite cropping method.

The other possibility: all Third Party Addons are turned off during the upgrade process, your PP settings and the treatment of the Pixelpost Default Addons should be the same as before.
So if you have used a Third Party Addon like FlashCropImage Addon your Cropping method is set to "none" in Options | Thumbnails and the FlashCropImage Addon is turned off after Update.
Just go into your Addons Panel and turn it on again!

of course this will be the solution but it would be important for us to know why 12CropImage is not working anymore.

Did you check it in the Options | Thumbnails if 12CropImage is set there?
If yes, could you please go the page "Images" and select an image for editing. Then ass "&errorsall" to the URL in the address bar of your browser please (w/o quotes) and paste the error messages & notices you find

hm, I can see no errors. Notices usually don't stop things from working.
Did you verify that the Crop12Images Option is set?
Could you perhaps turn off the admin_customfields and try it again?
Is the Crop12Images Addon turned on?
Does the Crop12Images Submenu show up in the Images Edit Page?

I did some testing and it worked. Please check your javascript for errors or provide one of the development crew with the username and password of your admin panel through e-mail or PM.

Fixed. The image path was somehow not set to the correct path. Issue resolved, thread closed.
