upgrade doesn't work

My photoblog won't work. It just shows me the a message that my installation is not ready, but I did and upgrade. The admin panel works.

Marek, have you activated any addons since you've upgraded? It's possible to activate an addon successfully, but for it to break the output on the main pages. I'd start by disabling all of your addons, then enabling them one by one. Checking your site after each activation.
