installation issues

i have installed pxpost before but this time around after cueing my admin and while its creating the tables i get this error

CREATE command denied to user 'fairtradeyeti'@'localhost' for table 'pixelpost_config'

[xact]

- make sure user "fairtradeyeti" has all privileges for the database
- if you already have a database, create a backup, then try to drop the table "pixelpost_config" and reinstall pixelpost.
