So here's a template I've been working on that I'm sharing with the Pixelpost community...
Title: EarthSky
Demo: See the Demo (http://pixelpost.kevincrafts.com/)
Details:
Requires the Category List of Links and Page by Page Archive addons.
Uses the JQuery javascript library.
Photos should be under 780 pixels wide.
Designed for 1.7 but can use 1.6 or 1.5 as long as you don't want to use the latest tags.
I have it as beta right now because I haven't had an opportunity to do lots of testing on it, but it seem to be rendering properly where I have tested. If you see some issues let me know.

If you decide to use this template let me know so I can check it out.

As of this morning, I am using a modified version of this template on my site. I really like the way you've handled the info and comments.
When I validated the template, I did notice get one warning. The validator said the character set in the HTML was different from the HTTP headers. I looked and each of the HTML pages has both the UTF and iso-8859-1 character sets defined.
Line 5:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
Line 12:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" />
I removed line 5, since PP sends UTF-8 headers. You might want to remove the line from the files in the distro, so it will validate out of the box.

I think I have the right to remove templates that I created. It's not like I have removed all of the templates or addons I have created for pixelpost over the last year. I chose to remove some of them because I felt they didn't meet the standards that I felt they should and I didn't have the time or resources to support them. I want to give technical support to the templates and addons that I share with the pixelpost community and meet my standards for release.
I continue to work on developing ideas for new templates and addons that I will share with the community.

Why not just post a notice stating you're pulling support on whatever you want to delete? That way people will still have access to it.
There's plenty of old stuff that I did which was 'awesome' at the time but not up to my current quality standards. Yet I'm not making efforts to remove that work off the internet and there are actually still people who (want to) use it.

I have offered any of my templates, including ones that I removed, to anyone that asks. Perhaps I should've done what you had suggested. I will think of that should I ever contemplate removing one of my templates.
