x=save_comment 404 - Page Not Found

Howdy --

I've got a fresh install of PP 1.6 that won't let me add comments under any theme.

Every submission returns a 404, file not found.

The RSS link is also not working...

This is the error message I'm seeing:

Not Found
The comment could not be accepted because it got flagged as SPAM by our anti-SPAM measures. (ERR: 03).

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It is, under FireFox. MSIE just returns a 404.

All SPAM addons (just the default stuff from the install) are switched OFF.

Two things:

Is that the same error message you are seeing?

Akismet is an anti-spam addon that comes with PP 1.6. Disable it and test it, then report the results.

Yeah -- I've got it resolved.

It would seem a index.php rewrite rule in the .htaccess file was spilling into this subdomain -- when PP couldn't redirect properly, it thought it was a SPAM problem.

File edited, life is good again.
