Problem receiving email notifications from comments

I don’t receive any email notifications although I have set ‘Send notification email on comments’ to ‘Yes’ and set ‘Admin email’. I have checked the spam folder on my email account but there is nothing. I use Pixelpost version 1.7RC1.

Is there something missing on my host server? What exactly Pixelpost uses to send those email notifications? I used Simple PHP Blog before and received email notifications normally then.

There is a small issue with 1.7RC1 that causes this issue. You can go to the Code SVN Repository (http://pixelpost.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/) and grab the latest version of functions_comments.php, then upload to your server in the includes folder to resolve this.
