Moving pixelpost folders

Hi,
I have been hosting my pixelpost folder in a temporary location while waiting for my domain name to transfer. Now that my domain name has transferred I would like to move the folder to the appropriate place.
Q: Am I able to just drag the folder to the new location through a FTP program? Or would I need to modify anything or reinstall it?

Any gratefully appreciated.

Correct. Relocate the folder via an FTP program and make sure the image, thumbnail, and site paths are all correct within the admin options pane.

Is it a temporary location on the same host? If it is, then you can drag it and update the location url in the admin panel. If it is on a different host, I would backup your data and reinstall.

thanks for the replies, it's on the same host so I'll just drag the folders and check the admin options.
