More than 100 pictures

Hello. I am quite a beginner in Pixelpost (v 1.6.0, template "simple") and absolutely beginner in development...
I have noticed that the number of pictures is limited to 100, whenyou get this number of pictures,any new picture loaded wil erase an other one
Ho to set this limit to an higher figure, or unlimite ??

Pixelpost has no limit. 100 or 1000, photos do not erase themselves when a certain quantity are reached.

Sorry, but in the admin page it is said to be limited to 100. I have loaded 103 pictures, and I can't view anymore the three first ones ... Can you help me?

Where does it say limited to 100? Can you give us a screen shot, or the path within the admin panel you had to get to for the message to show up?

I have 261 images and can view them all, and I know there are others who have much more than that.

I am sorry, I told you I am a beginner. How do you get a screenshot? And how do I forward it to you? I use he french version of "simple" template, named "simple_fr", I hope that this is not linked to the version...

If you're using windows do ctrl print-screen to capture the screen, then save it in an image editor. Upload it to a website somewhere and post the link. You could also just post the link to where you see the message. You said it's in your admin panel, so it should be somewhere like: http://yoursite.com/admin/index.php?view=info

This is meant for the paged archive, the number of images to show on each page.
You need to use the page number tags for showing the next page with the photos exceeding the defined number:
<THUMBNAILS_PAGES_LINKS> // Link to the pages of thumbnail in the selected category
<ARCHIVE_PAGES_NUM> // Page number you are viewing

Are the images you think they are "lost" still available in admin images page? (browse to the last page)

Hi I'm also new at this and I have tried to make this work but where do I put these two lines? Is it where I would like them to appear? Also if I set the number of thumbs to for example 25 there aren't more pages as 1 2 3 and so on. I hope you'll understand my English :-)

Yes, just put the 2 tags into your template file where you want the to show up. Don't use a HTML editor, this will destroy the < and > which are needed. Just do it with a simple text editor.
