browse by tags instead of categories?

I'd like to browser by tag instead of browse by category in the frontend. Is there an easy way to do this?

Reason why I'm looking for this is: My photoblog literally only has one category but will have numerous different tags - actually I'd like to use the tags as an easy way to add a new "category" (i.e. tag) "on the fly" when posting a pictures.

You can use the tag related tags on this page (http://www.pixelpost.org/docs/TemplateTags/ArchiveRelatedTags) to browse by tags instead of categories.
