Sucessfully ran password_recovery.php but still can't log in

Well I forgot both my Admin username and my password. I ran the password_recovery.php and got the :D and please remember to delete password_recovery.php when you done message. But I am still unable to log into the admin page. Any ideas?

You can always lookup your username in the database using PHPMyAdmin.
