some of my friends are wanted to register in my photoblog but the question is they can? or that nesesito to do so that they can be registered

What do you mean by register?

Pixelpost is not a multi-user gallery or photoblog program - it only allow one username/password, so there is no registration process available.

Are they wanting to sign up to post their own photos, or to leave comments? If it is just to leave comments, they don't need to be registered - simply fill in the comment form and submit it.
