A default Front image

How I can set a default image at the front? the start image is not newest, but always "www.mydomain.com/default.jpg".

How I can make that?

hm... i have a problem..I cant activate the plugin now, because the addon admin in my firefox not worked..and my ie browser is down! =(

Is there another chance?
