"Simple" Template Question

Hi,

I've successfully upgraded to 1.7.1, and all seems well.

To return my site to it's previous design, I re-uploaded the previous Simple template file (which I've modified some time ago).

Is it OK to do this? Or is there any code in the Simple template for version 1.7.1 that is now effectively missing because I've uploaded an older version?

The simple template hasn't changed for a while, so you won't be missing any new functionality using your modified version vs. the one included with the latest release.

Design wise it has not changed but some new template tags might have been introduced or replaced.
