I am getting the same thing. Unsure what it means, also.

Then, when I check the comment and click Report to Defensio (or whatever it says), it says it cannot do it.

It is possible the guys over at defensio are having hickups. This happens now and then.

I've got the same problem when I was using defensio and did solved it only one way. Check your defensio key, it is invalid or it's missing. Go to http://defensio.com/ and get the key again or get a new one.
