Hi every1, i did a week of research on solving this problem but to no avail..

Followed the installtion instructions excatly, double n tripled check it. But all i get is a white page saying there's an Internal Server Error (Error 500).

I've just signed up for a free accnt on x10hosting.com, but gt some issues abt the databse wif mySQL. Did the adding user previlleges, chmod 777, and the empty database. I did the Remote Database Access Host and added "%.x10hosting.com" to the list too. On my CPanel, I changed the pixelpost.php localhost to "mysql.x10hosting.com" as a solution as suggested here. (http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/44667-mysql-issues-here.html)

This is the domain i've gt, and gave up on going back and forth in FTP, so i just did the Test Connection page in here. (http://fstop8.x10hosting.com/pixelpost/admin)

http://fstop8.x10hosting.com/pixelpost

I'm hoping sum1 cn help me out here (espcially any1 using x10hositng.com), cuz i knw x10hosting is great, and the guys who developed PixelPost deserve alot of credit.

Thnx in advance ppl. =)

I'd love to help but you should not be experiencing these issues. My guess is your free hosting company does not meet Pixelpost's minimum requirements in one way or another. Do they support PHP and MYSQL databases? If they do, they have probably placed various restrictions in place not allowing Pixelpost to function normally.

thnx for ur reply. and yeah, they do support PHP and mySQL. i've gt this feeling that once i cn make a connection to the database, everything else wld be smooth.

Thing is... i'm already tired seeing the word "localhost". For all i knw, they share the same name, but are nt on the same machine. I'm already on the verge of giving already.

Do you hav any idea where cn i find another free hosting company? Cuz i'm a student, and i've thought of showcasing my work, tt's all.
