Publish on specific date

Hello!
I want to upload and image on specific date (or time) but i don't know why is published inmediately... anyone can help me?
for example. I upload and image today, but i want to be published tomorrow, ok? i put date and time, but is published right now.
My version is 1.7

Try logging out as admin because as admin only you can see the photo posted for a specific date.
