SURELY Pixelpost is Searchable?!

Guys -

I just got through upgrading and revising my template at http://www.itinerantangler.com/photoblog.

I then attempted to add the old Google Search add-on, but had the same crashing issues everyone else has reported. I've looked and can find no evidence that Pixelpost is word-searchable. Is this for real?! Seriously, that is a feature that ought to have been REQUIRED four upgrades ago.

Lots of us are using Pixelpost as a sales tool to print editors now, and those guys demand the ability to search by word. Can anyone help us out?

Search functions are for addons. If there are no current compatible addons then maybe someone will be willing to create one. Possibly the author of the old addon?

Pixelpost's core code is kept to the bare minimum. This has been the mindset/goal from day one.
