Could I do these?

I am new to pixelpost and don't know if I could do the followings:

1. change the index page from showing the latest photo to archive page or category page?

2. showing last updated date in archive page

3. add category descriptions?

4. showing thumbnail row with ascending order and only from the same category?

You need custom addons for this, it is not in the default installation.

1. Have a look at my addons page (link in my sig).

2. You only want to show the date the last picture was posted? You can write a simple addon for this.

3. Descriptions for categories can be done by an addon, but are again not default.

4. Yes, look at an addon made by GeoS ( i forgot the name of the addon).

Thanks Dennis, actually i think it would be done in hacks and modifications...so i am wrong. i think your add-on of entry page must help me a lot

for point 2, i think i have not presented very clear. I would like to have the category last updated date. it is for each category, so my visitors can know which category has last updated. Actually my visitors may browse my album by category

I have visited your site and like the sidebar very much, is there any add-on for it?

Sorry, there is no addon for the sidebar. Point two can be programmed if you want.
